Rediscovering Me is a guided matrescence morning created to help you reconnect with yourself beyond your daily roles. This is your space to slow down, reflect, and feel seen as a woman, not only as a mother.

Through meaningful reflection exercises, creative expression, and a personal portrait session, this experience invites you to pause and honour the woman you are becoming.
