NEW Midweek Yoga – Reem Rise & Flow
Reem Rise & Flow is a weekly midweek yoga class designed for mums and women looking for a calm and nourishing reset. Held every Wednesday from 9:30–11:00 AM in Reem Central Park, this mixed-levels Vinyasa class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect.
Open to all levels, the class encourages you to flow at your own pace, release stress, and gently build strength and mobility in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, this is a relaxed and grounding midweek pause.
Perfect for mums and women seeking mindful movement, connection, and a positive reset during the week.
