Not just tea on a Tuesday. Something more.
A space where mums can breathe, connect, and leave with something real, while the little ones play in their own cosy corner. Built together by Mama Tribe UAE and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.

Settle in, enjoy the special afternoon tea and take a proper breath before the session begins. The museum provides the setting, you bring yourself.

Every week a different expert joins the gathering, parent coaches, specialists, facilitators.
Practical, grounded topics for modern families navigating real life.

A cosy, sustainable play space designed for babies and toddlers 0–3.
Natural materials, open-ended toys, and childcare on-site to give you the opportunity to listen to the experts (but we are very close by!)

A dedicated programme for older children running simultaneously: from movement sessions to painting and creative exploration. If you have kids over 5, they will be able to go inside the museum with an educator.

Meet other parents in the same season of life. No pressure, no performance, just honest connection in a beautiful space that was made for curiosity.

Nadia is a certified mindset parenting coach based in Abu Dhabi. She helps parents move from reactive, fear-based parenting towards calm, connected leadership rooted in child development and nervous system awareness. Her sessions are practical, compassionate and deeply validating.
