This website is operated by Mama Tribe UAE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mama Tribe UAE. Mama Tribe UAE offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

Our Services

Mama Tribe UAE is a supportive community created by mums, for mums — a safe and nurturing space where motherhood is celebrated in all its forms. Whether you’re preparing to welcome your first baby or navigating the beautiful chaos of life with little ones, Mama Tribe is here to walk alongside you.

We connect mums across the UAE through genuine conversations, shared experiences, expert guidance, and in-person events. This is your village — a community rooted in kindness, compassion, and respect. You were never meant to do this alone, and with Mama Tribe, you never have to.

All services offered through Mama Tribe UAE have been lovingly developed by our founder, Juliane Landelle, with the heartfelt intention of supporting, uplifting, and empowering mothers-to-be and new mothers throughout the UAE.

We warmly welcome all mums to join and benefit from what we offer. However, we reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who misuses our services, acts against our values, or breaches our Terms and Conditions.

Note: Mama Tribe UAE retains the right to make changes to our services, offerings, brand, or pricing at any time, without prior notice or obligation.

Joining The Hub+

By becoming a member of The Hub+, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from joining.

1. Membership Benefits

1.1. Connect with Fellow Mums

• Enjoy access to a vibrant, private community where you can connect with other mums and mums-to-be.
• Share your experiences, seek advice, and build genuine, lasting friendships.

1.2. Digital Freebies

• Enjoy a selection of downloadable resources including coaching tools, partner booklets, kids’ colouring pages, and more. These are designed to support your motherhood journey and offer value beyond in-person interactions.
• Digital freebies are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold in any form without prior written consent from Mama Tribe UAE.
• Some freebies are provided by third-party partners; Mama Tribe UAE is not liable for the content, accuracy, or updates of those materials.
• Access to certain downloads may be time-limited or updated periodically.
• Mama Tribe UAE reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove any digital resources at any time without prior notice.
• Sharing these materials within non-member groups or platforms is strictly prohibited.

1.3. Personalized WhatsApp Group Access

• Join a dedicated Mama Tribe UAE WhatsApp group tailored to your stage of motherhood.
• It is each member’s responsibility to identify and join the group that aligns with her current stage.
• These WhatsApp groups are private and exclusive to Hub+ members.
• Our founder, Juliane Landelle, will be present in each group — offering guidance, sharing updates, and replying to questions when needed.
• You are free to leave the WhatsApp group at any time, depending on your preference.

1.4. Discounts & Partner Perks

• Enjoy exclusive discounts and benefits with over 50 trusted partners across the UAE.
• Terms & Conditions: Discounts are subject to availability and may vary by partner. Mama Tribe UAE is not responsible for the partner’s service quality or availability. Offers may change without prior notice.

1.5. Meet-Ups

• Attend casual, in-person gatherings to connect with fellow mums in your area.
• While weekly meet-ups are available, please note that participation may vary — you might occasionally be the only one attending.
• Details will be shared via Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, and WhatsApp groups.
• Food and drinks are not provided, but you're welcome to purchase anything directly from the meet-up location.
• Meet-ups will be organized monthly in Abu Dhabi and occasionally in Dubai, depending on interest and availability.
• While the founder or a Mama Tribe representative may attend, it is not guaranteed.
• These events are informal and designed to provide a warm, welcoming environment for meaningful connection.

1.6. Membership Website Portal

• Upon joining The Hub+, members will gain access to a private online portal with exclusive content and resources.
• It is your responsibility to log in and explore the available materials

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to mothers or expectant mothers. Membership is non-transferable and intended only for those who meet this criterion.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

4. Code of Conduct

As a member of the Hub+, You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct, which includes treating all members with respect and refraining from any discriminatory, harassing, or harmful behavior within the community.

5. Payment Non-Refundability

All membership payments are non-refundable. By joining, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Termination of Membership

Your Hub+ membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

After this period, unless you renew your membership, your access to the members’ portal and exclusive WhatsApp community will be removed. You will need to re-subscribe to continue enjoying Hub+ benefits.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, breaches of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of the services, or behavior that contradicts the values of Mama Tribe UAE.

You may also choose to voluntarily terminate your membership at any time by notifying us in writing. Please note that no refunds will be issued for early termination by the member.

7. Changes to Terms and Benefits

We may update these Terms and/or membership benefits at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use implies acceptance.

Electronic Communications

By visiting mamatribe-uae.com or sending emails to hello@mamatribe-uae.com, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children’s Data Protection

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL):

  1. Parental Consent: We only collect children’s data with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

  2. Purpose Limitation: Data collected is used solely for community-related purposes.

  4. Transparency & Rights: Parents/guardians may:

Mama Tribe UAE has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Mama Tribe UAE reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Mama Tribe UAE reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. 

Mama Tribe UAE reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Mama Tribe UAE sole discretion. 

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Mama Tribe UAE does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Mama Tribe UAE specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions. 

International Users 

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Mama Tribe UAE  from our offices within the UAE. If you access the Service from a location outside the UAE, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Mama Tribe UAE  Content accessed through mamatribe-uae.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mama Tribe UAE , its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Mama Tribe UAE  reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Mama Tribe UAE  in asserting any available defenses. 

Arbitration 

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Law No. 6 of 2018 on Arbitration conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by The Abu Dhabi Commercial, Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Law No. 6 of 2018 on Arbitration governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. ‍

Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mama Tribe UAE cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage that any person may suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing our website or utilising our services.

Reliance

All content, information and imagery provided through the Mama Tribe UAE  website or brand, or through customer service correspondence with our staff, is intended strictly for general purposes. Mama Tribe UAE  does not make any guarantee (express or implied) as to the accuracy, currency, reliability or completeness of any materials provided.

Termination/Access Restriction 

Mama Tribe UAE  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Abu Dhabi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. 

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Mama Tribe UAE  with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Mama Tribe UAE  with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mama Tribe UAE  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to to make amendments the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice or consequence. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Mama Tribe UAE  encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
